$TGNA's cash outflows used for investing activities were $74.9MM in 1Q16 versus cash inflows of $79MM in 1Q15. The decrease was mainly due to $103.8MM received in 1Q15 from the sale of certain businesses and assets, including Gannett Healthcare Group. In 1Q16, $TGNA paid $63.1MM for business acquisitions and investments versus $13.6MM in 1Q15.
