Pennsylvania-based electronic company $AME said that in 1Q16 sales fell 4% to $944.4MM, organic sales were down 9% and acquisitions added 5%. Operating income fell 12% to $208.5MM and operating income margin was 22.1% vs. 24.1% in 1Q15. Diluted EPS fell 10% to $0.57 vs. 1Q15 meeting the Street guidance.
