In Oct. 2015, $L's subsidiary Diamond Offshore (DO), reached agreement with Petrobras to terminate the drilling contracts on the Ocean Clipper and Ocean Alliance early and to add 875 days to the end of the current term of the drilling contract on the Ocean Courage. Petrobras approved the agreement and DO is in process of completing the amendments.
