$CFR said its BoD declared 2Q cash dividend of $0.54 per common share, a 1 cent rise from prior dividend of $0.53, payable on June 15 to shareholders of record on May 31. $CFR also declared a cash dividend of $.3359375 per share of Noncumulative Perpetual Preferred Stock, Series A, payable on June 15 to shareholders of record on May 31.
