Loyalty and rewards programs manager $ADS reported a jump in 4Q15 earnings on higher Epsilon revenue aided by the Conversant acquisition. Net income rose to $172MM or $2.31 per share from $67.2MM or $0.86 per share last year. Revenue grew to $1.75Bil from $1.49Bil. Core EPS increased by 20% to $4.13.
