Hospitality services provider $WYN reported a rise in net income to $140MM or $1.21 per share in 4Q15 compared with $81MM or $0.65 per share in 4Q14 helped by strong operating results. Revenues were $1.3Bil, up 6% from the prior-year period. Adjusted net income was $113MM or $0.98 per share.
