$ROK reported lower 3Q16 earnings, hurt by lower sales in Architecture & Software and Control Products & Solutions segments compared to 3Q15. Net income was $191MM or $1.46 per share, compared to $206.1MM or $1.52 per share in 3Q15. Sales of $1.47Bil was down 6.4% from $1.58Bil last year. Adjusted EPS was $1.55, down 3% from $1.59 in 3Q15.
