At 2Q15-end, $DNB had $439.4MM of borrowings outstanding under the $1Bil revolving credit facility with weighted avg. interest rates of 1.29%. Under this facility,during 1H15, $DNB borrowed at regular intervals to fund its working capital, its purchase of NetProspex and a portion of consideration for purchase of DBCC for $320MM in cash in May 2015.

Great results from $TSLA, however the question remains if Tesla can continue to scale up to produce the cars in the quantity it promises. Model 3 numbers need to be in multiples of what they are producing right now. Wish them the best, will keep an eye as I am still not convinced that they can scale easily.
