Existing Home Sales: The percent share of first-time buyers fell to 30% in June from 32% in May, but remained at or above 30% for the fourth consecutive month. Single-family home sales rose 2.8% to a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 4.84MM in June from 4.71MM in May.
