$IBM's Cognitive Solutions (CS) and Technology Services & Cloud Platforms (TSCP) segment posted  revenue increases for 4Q16, while the other three segments posted revenue declines. CS revenue was up 1.4%, while TSCP revenue rose 1.7%. Revenue for Global Business Services fell 4.1% for the quarter, with Systems segment revenue declining 12.5%.
