Payment processor $PYPL said, excluding the acquisition of Xoom, it added over 5MM new accounts in 4Q15, which was the high watermark for 2015. At the end of 4Q15, 56% of the total active accounts were outside of US, demonstrating the company's global reach. The number of payment transactions per active account grew to 27, up 12% from a year ago.
