Oil giant $XOM reported a 58% plunge in 4Q15 earnings due to low oil prices as well as lower commodity prices in the Upstream. Net income fell to $2.78Bil or $0.67 per share from $6.57Bil or $1.56 per share last year. Revenue dropped to $59.81Bil from $87.28Bil.
The latest earnings report by $VZ shows how it is losing customers despite offering the unlimited data plans, a record for the company.

$WFC agreed to hike its payout in a class-action settlement over unauthorized accounts by $32 million to $142 million for its retail sales practices. The settlement will now include customers who were impacted as early as May 2002.
