Cleaning, food-safety and pest-control services provider $ECL reported a 38% drop in 4Q15 earnings due to lower sales and unfavorable currency effects. Net income slid to $208.9MM or $0.69 per share from $335.5MM or $1.10 per share last year. Sales fell by 7% to $3.41Bil. Adjusted EPS increased to $1.22 from $1.20.
