Since the beginning of FY16, $CTAS repurchased about 4.5MM shares under its buyback program at an aggregate cost of $382.9MM, including $180.4MM of repurchases in 2Q16. At the end of the second quarter, $CTAS still has $380MM available under the current Board of Directors stock repurchase authorization.
