During 2Q16, $EDR's core FFO rose 31.7% with Core FFO per share/unit down 4.9% to $0.39 vs. 2Q15. The decline in core FFO per share/unit was mainly due to a 39.9% increase in weighted average shares related to deleveraging equity transactions in 2016 & 2015. The company sold 6.97MM shares under its ATM program at a weighted average price of $42.51.
$SBUX launched its annual “Starbucks for Life” competition in the U.S. and Canada. The winner of the competition will receive a credit of one drink or food item per day for a duration of 30 years.
