$ATVI ended June 30 with approx. $2.3Bil in cash and investments of which roughly one-third was held domestically. $ATVI ended 2Q16 with $5.1Bil in aggregate debt outstanding. In 2Q16, $ATVI paid a $0.26 per share cash dividend or approx. $195MM in aggregate to shareholders of record as of March 30, 2016.
