Industrial automation firm $ROK said it has acquired Automation Control Products (ACP), a centralized thin client, remote desktop and server management software provider. ACP's 2 core products, ThinManager and Relevance, provide manufacturing and industrial companies with visual display and software solutions. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
