Beverage giant $KO posted lower 1Q16 earnings due to non-cash charges related to refranchising certain territories in North America and costs associated with productivity, integration and restructuring initiatives. Net income was $1.48Bil or $0.34 per share, down from $1.56Bil or $0.35 per share a year-ago. Revenue slid 4% to $10.28Bil.
