During 3Q15, $HES's total debt, excluding Bakken Midstream, reduced about 0.5% to $5.95Bil compared to total debt at Dec. 31, 2014. At Sept. 30, 2015, net debt to capitalization ratio excluding the Bakken midstream joint venture was 13%, and had nearly $8Bil of available liquidity.
