Aviation solutions company $COL said that in 1Q16, segment operating margins fell 50 BP to 20.1% primarily due to the lower sales volume. In Oct. 2015, the company initiated some restructuring actions due to challenging market conditions. Post this, $COL recorded a $45MM pre-tax restructuring charge, consisting mainly of employee separation costs.
