Douglas Anmuth of JPMorgan asks about $AMZN's stock-based compensation expectations in 3Q16. IR Director Darin Manney replied that beginning in 1Q16 the company began allocating stock-based compensation and other OpEx to its North America, International and AWS segments. Darin added that $AMZN has not separately guided to stock-based comp.

Looks like Uber will be paying $20 million to settle a US Federal Trade Commission lawsuit. FTC accused Uber of false and misleading claims about driver pay and stuff. Uber however neither denied nor admitted and will just be paying the $20 million.
