$LOW reported a higher 1Q16 profit, helped by strong gross profit margins, and the home improvement retailer gave a positive outlook for the full year. $LOW reported 1Q16 earnings of $884 MM, or 0.98 per share, compared to $673MM, or $0.70 per share a year ago. Net sales rose 8% to $15.2Bil.
