In 2016, $FTI expects corporate expense of approx. $15-16MM per quarter. In other revenue and expense, $FTI expects an expense of approx. $13-14MM per quarter with potential for foreign currency fluctuations. Tax rate is expected to be 23-25%. Earnings, subject to US income tax, are expected to be lower. Capex will be approx. $180MM.
$FOXA just entered into a preliminary deal with Sky plc under which it will acquire all shares, or should I say remaining shares for a total value of $23 billion. The sleeping fox catches no poultry, but this fox just caught something that’s a lot bigger than poultry.
