Adhesives maker $FUL said it agreed to acquire Advanced Adhesives, a provider of industrial adhesives in Australia and New Zealand. With FY15 net revenue of $17MM, this business will be included in the company's Asia Pacific operating segment. Pending government and regulatory requirements, $FUL expects the acquisition to close by late April 2016.
