In 3Q15, $BXP began construction on two projects: a 164,000 square foot residential development in Kendall Center in Cambridge, Massachusetts and a 514,000 square foot residential development in Reston Town Center. In total, the commercial space in $BXP's developments is approx. 59% pre-leased. These projects will be delivered in 4Q15 through 2018.

Well this is big! I don’t know if it’s someone’s monopoly or genuine excitement, but either way, $CSX is up 23% after market closed. I heard some activist investor is going to blow big money into CSX Corp. Anyone mind explaining?
