$CL's capital spending decreased in the first nine months of 2015 to $459MM from $493MM in the comparable period of 2014. $CL continues to focus its capital spending on projects that are expected to yield high aftertax returns. Capital expenditures for 2015 are expected to remain at an annual rate of about 4.5% of net sales.
