As part of long-term regulated infrastructure investment program, $NI invested $1.37Bil in 2015 across gas and electric utilities. $NI expects to invest additional $1.39Bil during 2016. At Dec. 31, 2015, $NI had about $1.18Bil of liquidity available, consisting of cash and available capacity under credit facilities.
