$HAL said in Middle East/Asia revenue declined 3% in 2Q16, while operating income declined 22%. The company saw increased activity in Kuwait and fairly consistent activity in Saudi Arabia. $HAL stated that it began to experience pricing pressures across the region and activity levels declined in Iraq, Australia and Indonesia.
