During 1Q16, $CPB's net interest expense increased $3MM to $28MM, about $0.01 per share, with maturity extension on debt portfolio. Adjusted tax rate was 34.1%, up 2.2 points from a year ago due to geographic mix & higher U.S. state taxes in 2016, which negatively impacted EPS by $0.03. Currency had a $0.03 negative impact on EPS to $0.95 adjusted.
