$TYC's total CapEx was $246MM during FY15, down $42MM compared to FY14. In FY16, the level of CapEx is expected to exceed the spending levels in FY15 and is also expected to exceed depreciation expense. During FY15, $TYC paid cash for acquisitions totaling $583MM, net of $28MM cash acquired and $5MM of contingent consideration for 12 acquisitions.
