Cereal maker $K implemented a zero-based budgeting (ZBB) program in its North America business in 2015. This ZBB program is expected to deliver visibility to $100MM in annual savings in North America during 2016. $K plans to expand ZBB into its international businesses during 2016 and expects increased savings to be realized in 2017 and beyond.
