Insurer $PGR reported a 11% decline in 4Q15 earnings due to higher expenses. Net income fell to $330.4MM or $0.56 per share from $370.2MM or $0.63 per share last year. Net premiums written rose to $4.84Bil from $4.61Bil and net premiums earned increased to $5.17Bil from $4.94Bil.
