$SNI said it had outstanding borrowings of $65MM, incurring interest at a rate of approx. 1.54% throughout 1Q16, and outstanding letters of credit of $1.1MM under the Amended Revolving Credit Facility at March 31, 2016. There were outstanding borrowings of $389.2MM and outstanding LoC of $1.1MM under the Credit Facility at Dec. 31, 2015.
