$CRM Form 4: On Aug. 17-19 2015, Marc Benioff, CEO of Salesforce.com exercised 12,500 stock options and acquired the same for $35.625 each day. Between Aug. 17-19, he sold 12,500 shares each day in multiple transactions for prices ranging between $71.9100-72.8400. Post these transactions, he now owns 37,662,500 shares.
