Networking technology company $FFIV said in 3Q16 product revenue fell 7% and service revenue grew 13% YoverY. US revenue was down slightly, reflecting weak telco spending; and EMEA was down 1% due to softer than expected UK sales. APAC revenue grew 20% and Japan grew 15% versus 3Q15. Enterprise customers were 64% of total sales in the quarter.
