Existing Home Sales: At Nov.-end, total housing inventory fell 3.3% to 2.04MM existing homes available for sale and is now 1.9% lower than the year ago level. Unsold inventory is at a 5.1-month supply at the current sales pace, up from 4.8 months in Oct. The percent share of first-time buyers fell to 30%, down from 31% both in Oct. and a year ago.

Great results from $TSLA, however the question remains if Tesla can continue to scale up to produce the cars in the quantity it promises. Model 3 numbers need to be in multiples of what they are producing right now. Wish them the best, will keep an eye as I am still not convinced that they can scale easily.
