Chipmaker $SWKS reported a rise in 2Q16 earnings driven by its increasing diversification and differentiated product portfolio as well as lower costs and expenses. Net income rose to $208.1MM or $1.08 per share from $166.5MM or $0.85 per share last year. Revenue grew to $775.1MM from $762.1MM. Non-GAAP EPS increased to $1.25 from $1.15.
