During 1Q16, $AMT's net cash provided by operating activities was $563.5MM vs. $509.9MM in 1Q15. The increase was attributable to an increase in the operating profit of property segments and a reduction in cash paid for interest. This was partially offset by higher working capital and a decrease in distributions from restricted cash.
