IT products & services provider $HPE posted significantly higher 3Q16 results helped by gain on the H3C divestiture, restructuring, acquisition & other related charges. $HPE said net income rose 914% to $2,272MM, or $1.32 per share from $224MM or $0.13 per share in 3Q15. Revenue fell 6.48% to $12.22Bil. Excluding items, $HPE earned $0.49 per share.
