$NEE said some funds advised by investment manager, Fidelity Management, which are creditors of EFH, have signed an amended plan support deal with EFH and $NEE, which is included in EFH's reorganization plan. $NEE expects to file with Oncor a joint application with the Public Utility Commission of Texas requesting approval of the proposed deal.
