Investment management company $IVZ reported 4Q15 net income of $243.8MM or $0.58 per diluted share, down 10.6% versus $272.6MM or $0.63 per diluted share YoverY, hurt by lower revenue. Net revenue fell 2.2% to $886.1MM versus $905.8MM, mainly due to reduced investment management fees.
