$DIS posted an increase in 3Q16 earnings, helped by higher revenues compared to 3Q15. Net income was $2.6Bil or $1.59 per diluted share versus $2.48Bil or $1.45 per diluted share last year. Revenue grew 9% from last year to $14.3Bil. Excluding certain items, EPS for 3Q16 grew 12% to $1.62 from $1.45 in the corresponding period last year.
