Citing uncertain economic conditions, $HST cut its RevPAR growth outlook by 100 basis points. $HST also reduced its FY16 NAREIT and adj. FFO per share to $1.63 to 1.67 per share from its prior outlook of $1.65 - $1.69 per share. However, it raised its EPS outlook to $732-$762MM, or $0.97 to $1.01 per share based on cost reduction initiatives.
