At March 31, 2016, $UNM had $152.2MM of off-balance sheet securities lending agreements which were collateralized by securities that it was neither permitted to sell nor control. The average balance of these off-balance sheet transactions during 1Q16 was $152.3MM, and the maximum amount outstanding at any month end was $155.7MM.
