Financial advisory company $WLTW reported that on Jan. 4, immediately after merger, Willis Group executed a reverse stock split on a 2.6490:1 basis. On Dec. 29, 2015, Willis Group completed the acquisition of remaining 70% of France-based insurance broker, Gras Savoye & Cie, for a total consideration of $592MM.
