During 2Q16, $GPC's total expenses were $865MM or 22.2% of sales, which was up slightly from last year mainly due to lower sales levels. This was partially offset by the company's tight cost control measures. The company D&A expense was $36MM for the quarter and expects full-year 2016 expense to be in the range of $145-160MM.

Looks like Uber will be paying $20 million to settle a US Federal Trade Commission lawsuit. FTC accused Uber of false and misleading claims about driver pay and stuff. Uber however neither denied nor admitted and will just be paying the $20 million.
