Property developer $PLD reported higher core FFO, helped by growth in e-commerce and general consumption, the company said. $PLD reported 1Q16 core FFO of $330MM, or $0.61 per share, compared with $254MM, or $0.49 per share a year ago. Revenue rose to $606MM.
