$EMN's gross profit for 3Q15 grew 9% from last year. This increase was primarily due to lower raw material and energy costs exceeding lower selling prices by $83MM, gross profit from the acquired businesses, and higher sales volume and improved product mix in the Advanced Materials segment of $12MM.
