$T generated CapEx of $5.3Bil in 3Q15. Dividends totaled $2.4Bil with a dividend payout ratio of 44% for the quarter and 57% for the full year. $T paid down more than $5Bil in debt early and has $6Bil of cash on hand.
$AGN said its VP of Investor Relations, Lisa DeFrancesco, has decided to leave the company to pursue other professional opportunities. $AGN has started an executive search to fill the position. DeFrancesco will continue in her current role until a successor is named to ensure a smooth transition.
$FTK appointed Matt Marietta as SVP of corporate development and investor relations. He is scheduled to join the company on March 1. Matt joins $FTK from Stephens Inc., where he was a publishing sell-side analyst covering $FTK.
$TGNA, which decided to spin off its auto-sales website Cars.com in Sept. 2016 and create two publicly traded companies, said that congressional and gubernatorial election spending brought in more advertising revenue in 4Q16. In Nov., $TGNA reactivated share repurchase program which was temporarily suspended in connection with spin off of Cars.com.
