Real estate company $O said in 4Q15, occupancy based on the number of properties was 98.4%, 10BP higher than 3Q15 and unchanged from 4Q14. Economic occupancy remains strong at 99.2%. At the end of 2015, $O had 71 properties available for lease out of 4,538 properties on the portfolio.
